Our attention is not something that cannot be changed or managed. This is a little perceived thing, but we can analyze, understand, change, cultivate and develop it.
Our attention can be as firm as a brick. You can hit somebody’s head with it. It can cut things through like a knife. Attention can make others ill.
Attention of a lifted being can be happiness. Happiness because it paid its attention to you. Loving attention can lift you and heal you. We sometimes pray like this, especially when we suffer (for instance, we pray the Virgin Mary):
“Please, draw your attention to me. I believe that if only you drew your attention to me, everything would be alright. For only your attention is enough, if only you turned to me and heard me”.
Attention can unfold itself like a flower, in a very gentle way. And you can throw your attention like a stone. People fear publicity because of that hail of stones too… I invite you, first of all, to let your attention be smooth but not sharp. Quality of smoothness is a womanly wisdom, womanly characteristic and quality. Smoothness of attention does not strike. It is then like water: loving and well-wishing attention. This is how it is useful to listen. Then it is easier to be open because when the attention of a listener is soft and well-wishing, there is no such big waste when giving. And it is very difficult to give, when attention is sharp.
As you either open the gates of your soul to the land of virtues or do not, likewise, you can enter the space of teaching either through an open door or squeeze yourself through the closed one.
For you to believe it is worth asking for guidance and flow, power and light of the teaching:
I call the Holiest Source. My attention tenderly turns to You – as tenderly as a flower could. My attention turns to you and refolds, my Lord, as an opening flower…
I call the Primordial Source with a call to help hear those most necessary things, to put stressed correctly and obtain the flow of further guidance and help for integration.
Lord, let’s go through further life together.
We pray the Holy Father and Mother to give power to our prayers and our intentions. We address our Masters for our common work. Be together, dearest. We thank you. We bless you – please, bless us too.
The quality of your attention has changed. Do not you feel better because of this?
Ask and sense if you would have the support and guidance of the light Masters – the ones whose teaching will definitely guard you: not enslave you but make you free and make your consciousness get enlightened and liberated. Do you have this guidance, guardianship and teaching here and now? If you do, do you realize this? Are you grateful? Will you have this further, will you be able to stay worthy of it?
To my mind, it is not so difficult to get a really bright guidance of powerful Masters as it is when you have to stay worthy of it and maintain it. For we ask with our words and thoughts, and to deserve it means not only words, but also our actions and the way of life.
For Masters to respond and teach there are certain conditions. You have to satisfy these conditions. You either satisfy them or you do not. If you do, then the teaching can continue. It seems that these are simple things, simple agreements: “You have realized what to do, and then you do”. If you try to follow and implement these requirements very attentively and sincerely, you will not even have to invite – Masters will already be beside you, even remind you and push you a little. It seems so simple, doesn’t it? But how often we simply forget that both things have to be together: desire to get in touch, hear, listen, enter the flow of teaching and implement the requirements that make you change.
