It is important to purify concepts in our consciousness and mind so that they could serve us not as a filthy karmic baggage but as a power. Most concepts are contaminated, even very pleasant ones, for instance, in most people’s consciousness rest is immediately associated with this: “Oh, rest, then tiredness comes side by side.” I suggest remembering, feeling and inhaling simply a concept of rest devoid of any of your memories that you take rest only when you are exhausted.
What in general is rest in its archetypical and prime concept? A prime and pure concept of rest totally differs from that of, for instance, an ill person. So, I suggest inhaling the prime concept of rest as if you hear it for the first time together with the air and oxygen: “I inhale rest – I eradiate it”. What else can you do to help yourself? Well, you can ask your heart, soul or your inner child – the one who is in your eternity and knows everything: “What color is rest for you? What color should it really be for you? Sky blue, salad or pink? Maybe it should be of white or nacreous color?” Try to feel the color of energy you should inhale with the concept of “rest”, so that a wonderful wave would flow into you and carried you into the relaxation and rest. This is a good and wonderful technique. Just try it.
Another concept, which also relaxes and affects well and can be practised in a wonderful way, is a concept of wellbeing. Most people’s consciousness very often relates wellbeing to a big hardship. They usually say: “Oh, it’s impossibly hard to create my wellbeing, because it requires so much work, etc”. This is a karmic relation which knows about difficulties but in its prime sense wellbeing is different. Wellbeing is wellbeing. It is related to a good existence.
Breathe and tell yourself that you inhale the archetypical and prime concept of wellbeing and its energy. For some time breathe the bright wellbeing that is well-earned. No matter in what way, simply touch the bright and light wellbeing – a good existence that is sacred, pure and absolutely valuable wellbeing; its energy. For some time breathe the energy of wellbeing. Ask your inner wisdom: “What color of light and energy would be related to wellbeing for you?” Somebody may experience it as a color of honey, or a pink color. You can ask your inner magus: “What scent and color are symbols of wellbeing for you?” Inhale the scent, color and light that are symbols of wellbeing for you. This way you will heal yourself and regain your strength. There can be not only a material wellbeing – possession of things. There can also be wellbeing of your physical body (health), wellbeing of your emotional body (healthy and good emotions), wellbeing of your mental body (good and harmonious thoughts) or wellbeing of consciousness (when it is healthy and not self-destructive). There can also be all kinds of social, professional, etc. wellbeing. There is a sense to reflect on the concept of absolute light, deserved and peaceful wellbeing and practise it.
What color would be your wellbeing of profession? Breathe it in. Maybe you will see wellbeing in your home. What would symbolize it? What shape would it be? Can you say what kind of flower is a symbol of wellbeing for you? Maybe it would be good for you to see such flower at home? You can inhale the color, taste and scent of wellbeing. Stay in this state for a while and breathe the color, light, scent and air of the prime and well-earned absolute wellbeing. Make yourself and your space full of this and you will see that your strength and balance are coming back: this is the wellbeing coming into you. It is not from somewhere. We form wellbeing inside of us as well as happiness which is not “somewhere”. If it were “somewhere”, we could not reach it. If happiness comes inside of you and begins unfolding from the inside, then it will be yours.
