The marks discussed here reflect the dialogue between the Spirit and your consciousness as well as subconsciousness. The marks are first of all meant to encourage or warn personally you.
Despite the nature of the marks they can be changed. The moles disclose long-termed virtues or mistakes. Therefore it is more difficult to change them, but the change is still possible. The mole tends to disappear as soon as the reason is perceived and effects are redeemed.
